Modification and Cancellation Refunds

We offer full refunds for any modification or cancellation requests made within 24 hours of your purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and unused.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Lost Package Refunds

If your package is lost in transit, we will either resend your items or issue a full refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we will determine the partial refund amount based on the item's value and the shipping carrier's policies.

In cases of theft, we offer the following options:

  • Reshipment (a reshipment fee will apply).
  • Partial refund (please contact our Customer Support team to start the refund process).

Full Refunds for Insured Orders

If you purchased insurance for your order and the item is lost or damaged, you will receive a full refund, excluding the shipping fee.
